Friendly Reminder
Published: December 07, 2016
On our recent community inspection, we notice many contractor signs; gutters, landscaping, internet service, fences and more. These signs are not authorized in your community and you have no obligation to provide free advertising for service providers. Please remove these signs.
It was also noted that some homeowners have storage items in public view. The areas next to your home and visible to the street are not authorized storage areas. Please store items in garages or behind fences.
We have had some complaints about parking on the street. When you or your guests park in the street please make sure that it’s in a way that will not impede on a neighbor getting in or out of their driveway. No vehicle shall be parked along the street for a period exceeding one week.
Springfield Lakes Homeowner Association prides itself in developing the sense of quality, graciousness, and beauty which the property affords.
It is the intention of the HOA Board to resolve all resident HOA violations in a friendly, amicable manner without the use of letter notifications by Legacy Southwest Property Management. Homeowners facing problems or challenges which present difficulties in enabling them to comply with the HOA rules are strongly encouraged to contact the Board to request assistance. Please remember that we are your neighbors and wish to help in any way we can. Our primary goal is to work together to assist in solving any problems which confront us as individuals and as a neighborhood community.
Kind Regards,
Board of Directors for
